I got into Graphic Design because of my interest in creating, I used to draw a lot. I liked drawing characters and things from memory and eventually when it came time to pick a major, I thought that Graphic Design would be a good way for me to express my need to create as a career. Since then, I've found that design gives me more ways to explore that creativity while also solving problems and communicating ideas.
My Story
Before jumping into the visuals of a project, I take time to understand the problem, explore different ideas, and figure out what the design actually needs to communicate. I experiment with layouts, typography, imagery, and different directions before refining the strongest idea. My process is not a straight line, but I believe the best work comes from being willing to explore, make changes, and keep improving.
My Process
I value curiosity, creativity, and purpose in my work. I want my designs to do more than look good, they should communicate clearly and give people a reason to engage with them. I also value experimentation and staying open to new ideas, whether I'm working on a brand identity, website, motion project, or something completely different. For me, good design comes from finding the balance between problem-solving and creative exploration.
